Jessica is truly the best! She is skilled, gentle and provides a wonderful atmosphere to be pampered in. I’m so glad I found her, because it’s hard to find a practitioner who has all of those qualities. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend her to everyone!
I have visited Flora Med Spa for 2 out of my 3 PRP treatments, and had a great experience each time. The blood draw was painless and the the numbing cream worked well to make the procedure comfortable. Jess, the injector and owner does great work. From the moment I walked in, the space was inviting. Jess took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explaining the PRP procedure and its benefits. I really appreciated her knowledge and expertise. During the treatment, Jess made sure I was comfortable and informed me about each step of the process. I also purchased some high quality skin care from Flora to use at home and love them! Post-treatment, she provided me with personalized aftercare instructions. The results of the PRP treatment have been great so far, I can’t wait to see the final result a couple months after my next session. This Medspa is so cute and Jessica is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Because of her medical background I feel that she is more than qualified to offer the services she offers. I have some medical issues, Jessica was careful to investigate and perform the right services for me. I have had microneedling done.
